We're looking for a Back Office Manager to support our fast-growing operations from our Brussels headquarters.

Your Responsabilities

  • Coordinate yacht deliveries and registration processes

  • Manage leasing contracts and client onboarding

  • Liaise with suppliers, insurers, and maritime authorities

  • Track payments, documentation, and ERP updates

  • Support clients throughout the lease lifecycle

  • Participate in key industry events and boat shows

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in back office, administration, or operations (3+ years)

  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely

  • Knowledge of leasing or the yachting industry is a plus
